Predictive Biomarkers by Cancer Type

Predictive biomarkers help doctors find out which treatment might be right for you.1 They have been found in many tumor types, including breast, colorectal, lung and prostate cancer.2,3 Here is a list of some of these biomarkers:

Breast
  • ER (estrogen receptor)2,4
  • HER-2/neu2,4
Colorectal
  • EGFR2,4
  • KRAS2,5
  • UGT1A12,5
Gastric Cancer
  • HER-2/neu2
Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST)
  • c-KIT2,6
Leukemia/Lymphoma
  • CD20 Antigen2,13
  • CD302,14
  • FIP1L1-PDGFRα2,15
  • PDGFR2,16
  • Philadelphia Chromosome (BCR/ABL)2,7,17
  • PML/RAR α2,8
  • TPMT2,9
  • UGT1A12,10
Lung
  • ALK2,11,12
  • EGFR2,4
  • KRAS2,4
Melanoma
  • BRAF2,12
